Die Lage ist nahe am Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt, alles war fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, frisch renoviert und großzügig geschnitten (bis auf das Badezimmer).
Die Lage ist an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße und gegenüber eines Parks. Beides ist mitunter nachts und in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut. Schlafen bei offenem oder gekippten Fenstern war nicht möglich. Der größte negativ Punkt war die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern. Von den Tellern gab es jeweils nur vier Stück, bei einer Wohnung für bis zu 6 Personen definitiv zu wenig.

Eine schöne helle Wohnung. Ideal für eine größere Gruppe. Fussläufig gelegen zur Ulmer Innenstadt. Sehr netter Vermieter.
Leider gibt es nur ein Esszimmer ein Wohnzimmer fehlt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Räume sind groß und hell. Außerdem hat mir gefallen, dass die Einrichtung eher schlicht war und nicht so voll dekoriert mit Tüddelkram.
Wenn man die Fenster öffnet ist es schon sehr laut. Aber bei der Hitze musste man sie nachts öffnen. Laut Beschreibung sollte es einen Ventilator geben, den haben wir nicht gefunden. Das wäre bei solchen Temperaturen nochmal gut.
