Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Räume sind groß und hell. Außerdem hat mir gefallen, dass die Einrichtung eher schlicht war und nicht so voll dekoriert mit Tüddelkram.
Wenn man die Fenster öffnet ist es schon sehr laut. Aber bei der Hitze musste man sie nachts öffnen. Laut Beschreibung sollte es einen Ventilator geben, den haben wir nicht gefunden. Das wäre bei solchen Temperaturen nochmal gut.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip… nur ca. 10 Gehminuten in die Ulmer Innenstadt/Sehenswürdigkeiten! Sehr geräumige, helle und saubere Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon!
Parkplatz-Situation ist nicht gerade die Beste. Parkhaus um die Ecke (5 Gehminuten) kostet €20 Tagessatz/Werktag Das Esszimmer haben wir kaum genutzt… in der Küche bzw. auf’m Balkon konnte man gemütlicher sitzen… eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette wäre top gewesen… nur ein Bad bei 4 Frauen war eine organisatorische Höchstleistung ;-)
