Beautiful Greek property right in the heart of folegandros with a gorgeous big outdoor area.

The second double bed was very small which was difficult to sleep two people on - one person had to sleep on the couch instead.

Location, interior, great and helpful host, cosiest garden

Άνετο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με ευγενικούς και πρόθυμους ιδιοκτήτες.

Δυστυχώς η καθαριότητα ήταν ανεπαρκής και τα έπιπλα (ντουλάπα , ντουλάπια) είχαν μία πολύ δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά μούχλας. Το νερό κοβόταν διαρκώς και στο μπάνιο και στην κουζίνα. Τέλος η απουσία air condition δυσκόλευε την καθημερινότητά, λόγω υγρασίας.

The location is super convenient, provided you are ok with loud music from the bars till 3am. The place has great potential, and you can see it done with good taste but it needs a serious refurbishment especially of the bathroom and kitchen.

Smells of moult and damp. Can’t use wardrobe (stinks). Bathroom sub standard!!! Not what you see in the pictures. You stand in a small grandma tub and have to hold the shower… the kitchen as well, at least 20 years old. It is not really a kitchen. Old. Decrepit. Full of damp at the back of the old cabinet. Can’t even qualify as a kitchen. Towels and linen cheap stuff from ikea. No mosquito nets in the windows except one, but can’t open it because the loud music in the bars. If you want to throw your money away you can stay here, if not there are much better places! This is not a hotel and not a house and it is bad at either. Doesn’t have any of the comforts of a hotel and is not a fully functional house. Very shabby work just for the people who would fall for this overpriced nonsense.
