l emplacement de l appartement est proche de tt les commodités 1 garage a disposition bien équipé au niveau des équipements de cuisine la personne de l agence est vraiment disponible pour tt les questions
pas de présence de wifi pas de casier a sk!!i alors qu il est interdit de ce déplacer en chaussure de ski dans le bâtiment ??!!! canapé pour 2 un fauteuil en plus ne serais pas de trop.

Appartement assez bien agencé et assez propre, garage au sous-sol. Bonne localisation à Châtel.
Une des chambres très étroite sans aucun rangement. La terrasse donne sur la route de Vonnes (traffic parfois important). Garage: entrée étroite.

The mattresses and pillows are good quality. The agency managing the place is great!
- The place was dirty when we arrived but the agency that is managing the place sent us a cleaner straight away. - The whole place needs to be fixed up a little. - The oven doesn’t work. Fine for heating but doesn’t retain enough heat for cooking. - A wood plinth kept coming off the wall and almost hit us on the head twice till we decided to just take it off and put it outside on the balcony. - There are absolutely no hooks in the whole apartment except for in the inside of the bathroom door. For Ski resort department hooks are essential. - The second bedroom is more like a partition cupboard with no heating. - The whole place is not well insulated which means it doesn’t stay warm but also you can hear everything outside and being that it’s on the road side of the building you can hear everything that is going on outside. - the garage has 180cm limit which was not written in the add and meant that we had to park our VW van outside which is fine but did get told off a couple of times by the tenants.
