Beautiful 4 Bed Immaculate Condition Refurbished Property

Tv had no signal so couldn’t watch

Location is good. Walking distance to the train station, grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious house with 4 large bedrooms. Very comfortable for a family. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Wifi, Netflix and a washing machine are good features.

Although there was plenty of room for a family it lacked kitchen utensils. Not enough cutlery, mugs or bowls. There was 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 mugs and no bowls. I would recommend providing a coffee table for the livingroom and a few outdoor chairs for the back patio. A paint refresh on the baseboards and the upstairs hallway would improve the refurbishment. The backyard grass area was not as seen in the picture. It is a overgrown weedy space. The front and back patios in need of weeding to fully enjoy that space.

The place was immaculate! Beautiful house and quiet area. All amenities were good, it was home away from home. The host communicated with me through out and helped us sort out the parking.

The home could do with a touch of children friendly- bunk bed for families with children and something to keep them occupied

I like the big garden but it was raining so my daughter couldnt really run outside in the garden plus it was cold. I like the big open kitchen. I liked that it was so cosy and warm from the heater upstairs.

I didnt like the fact that the cleaner just came unexpectively when i just arrived after two hours being there, the cleaner should of done everything she was suppose to do before i arrived she had enough time. The host should of said to me that the cleaner forgot to do something and i would of been fine but there was no communication instead of startling me when she open the door with the code. That put me and my family in danger. Work in safe and communication thanks. The cleaness of the house with disappointing, dust everywhere, one of the bedrooms was smelling so bad couldnt go in there. There was mouldy dishes in the dishwasher nearly made me sick opening it. The bathroom upstairs with the bath had some weird smell had to leave the window ooen most of the time i was there. The shower in the master bedroom was okay but i nearly slipt from the water coming down from the shower there should of been a shower mat or a better door and block the water from going everywhere. One of the heaters in the living room area wasnt working so the kitchen stayed cold most of the time unless i was cooking in there. I didnt like the fact that the host was telling me about the place is a residential area and the quiet time is from 6pm to 6am. Sorry but that was never going to happen when i have a 2 year old daughter, plus the people that actually lived in the area was making more noise be on that time, someone was doing fireworks one night. Lastly the signal in that area is terrible if your not using there Wifi.
