This is an excellent little studio - everything is clean and modern. Bed is very comfortable.
1) the street-level entry door lock was broken & anyone can wander inside the building
2) the neighbors one level down are nice, but they leave their door open and heavy cigarette smoke floats up and into the studio — the door to the studio is not fitted well, lot’s of gaps. I stuffed the cracks with towels to keep the smoke out. I do not consider myself overly sensitive to cigarette smoke, but this was a lot, so if you are sensitive, this is not the flat for you.
3) also: sometimes the downstairs neighbors will party loud until 4am
3) there is no smoke detector in the studio apt. - this is not smart and probably illegal.
