Living Funchal V

Apartamento moderno, o condomínio é excelente e totalmente de acordo com as fotografias. Localização ótima a poucos minutos da marginal e pontos de interesse no Funchal, rápido acesso à via rápida. O lugar de estacionamento é uma grande comodidade principalmente pelo acesso direto ao apartamento.

Casa de banho necessita de uma ligeira renovação, nomeadamente no duche. apresenta algum desgaste e alguma humidade/mofo nas juntas e silicone do duche. Também sentimos necessidade de uma toalha de pés ao sair do banho, bem como mais toalhas de banho. Foi deixado apenas uma toalha por pessoa, em caso de imprevisto não existia nenhuma outra toalha disponível.

We only stayed a short time as the accommodation was booked due to a cancelled flight. However, the apartment is in a good location.

Great location! The living area was modern.

My experience at this property was disappointing from the very beginning. On the day of our arrival, we had trouble finding the location. We called for assistance, but no one answered, and no one called us back. There was absolutely no support, which left a very poor first impression. As for the room, it had a strong smell of dampness and mold. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, with visible black mold throughout the shower cabin, including on the shower hose. The cleaning equipment provided was also dirty, which raises serious concerns about the property’s hygiene standards. It is impossible to clean properly with tools that are already dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I hope these issues will be addressed so that future guests have a better experience.
