The mini beach strip, at pprox 1 block from the Apt is very small. However, within walking distance across a parking area is a bigger beach; a bar/lunch area provides chairs. It Is winter in Puerto Rico, therefore the Atlactic Ocean has waves perfect for surfing (8 to 15 Feets) very 😳 dangerous for swimming.

Great location. Nice apartment.
Some strange features: no electric outlets in bathroom; instant on hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink wasn’t working— luckily shower did; kitchen well equipped except no ice trays. Otherwise good.
