Gute Lage durch Nähe zu einem Fahrradverleih; die Entfernung zum Strand und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist akzeptabel. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, gut gewartet und großzügig geschnitten, der Balkon ausreichend groß, die Möblierung angemessen.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar groß, gut ausgestattet, sauber und die Lage (abseits vom Geschehen) ist Geschmackssache. Wir fanden es toll. Das Bad scheint relativ neu gemacht worden zu sein. Die Küchen Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend . Der Service von Vermietungsbüro war bei Schlüssel Abholung und Abgabe sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den Teppich im Flur und Schlafzimmer gerne gegen Laminat austauschen, ansonsten alles in Ordnung
