Skyline III Pool & Coworking by ELE Apartments

The apartment is a good size and comfortable. Modern decor throughout. Water cooler in kitchen a wonderful addition. Mercadona (my favourite supermarket) is across the road. Pool and bath towels were great. The use of the washing machine was good. The hand wash and shower gel provided was lovely.

We were only given one set of keys. This is needed to access the ground floor, communal facilities such as the pool and the apartment . It was awkward as there were 5 of us and we didn’t all want to go out and use the pool together. We had to keep going downstairs to let each other in and go back to the pool to let them out. It wasn’t practical. The pool is also not accessible at all times. You have to book the use of it with the management company in two hour slots. This wasn’t great even though we managed to use the pool. I wouldn’t have booked had I known this. There are also no sunbeds or chairs at the pool and none available in the apartment to take up. The apartment is on the 14th floor and the views far and wide are stunning but around the apartment block is wasteland with stray animals and homeless people. A manual is needed with instructions how to use the air conditioning and how the pool is booked etc as we had no information regarding this. Also what floor the pool is on as we had to work this out. There were limited welcome refreshments, only coffee pods, no tea and no sugar etc. If you arrive before 7pm you have to collect the keys from a different place. This is awkward if you are arriving in a taxi from the airport. We arrived after 7pm and had to wait 30 minutes for our check in which was inconvenient. Perhaps a local lockbox facility would be better? There is not enough seating in the lounge. Only one settee for 3 people. We couldn’t watch tv together in comfort. This definitely needs sorting as there is plenty of space for another settee/comfy chair. The apartment is located a bit further away from the restaurants/bars etc. It is walkable in about 20 minutes. The walls in the apartment are ready for a refresh.

Fijn, ruim appartement. Prima locatie. Het uitzicht was prachtig! Genoten op het mooie ruime balkon ‘‘s avonds.

Het zwembad werkt met een tijdslot, die je vooraf reserveert met de host. Daarnaast zijn er geen stoelen of ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Dat was jammer. Verder wel erg fijn dat je even kan afkoelen / zwemmen.

Bardzo komunikatywny i elastyczny gospodarz. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Widok na wschód słońca nad górami - obłędny. Przestronna kuchnia, salon i taras.

Wszystko było wspaniałe, ale jeśli mam mieć uwagę to mogłyby być dwie suszarki do włosów (jedna do każdej łazienki).

Clean, modern and close enough to old town for a weekend away.

We had issues with collecting the keys/checking in on arrival and had to spend an hour waiting on the street at 1:30am despite having organised our check in time in advance. Booking the pool/facilities is also a lot of faff as you need to message ELE apartments to book a slot for you - this wasn’t well communicated with our arrival agent telling us we just needed our apartment key.
