All is well, the owner and the staff are cooperative. We loved the stay.

Booking.com offered me the discounted amount of Rs 6937. But I had to pay the total amount of 7285. I discussed it with the owner but wasn't convinced. Will you please elaborate the scenario ?. Rest all is good, I would to thanks Booking.com for its best service.

It was a good stay overall. Booked it for the sole reason that Maharaj Ji lived in the society. But after getting there I got to know that Maharaj Ji has shifted to Ashram. But even then stay was good.

The infrastructure is not in good condition. Things were falling apart.

The flat is nice, airy and spacious. The location is excellent. We stayed here primarily because this is the same society where Premanand Ji Maharaj and many of His disciples reside. This reason was enough for me and my husband. Additionally, the location is very central and ideal for visiting all the temples and offers plenty of options for eating.

The property is nice and spacious but needs some maintenance and redecoration such as the following: 1) Door handle/lock of en-suite bathroom was broken and needs fixing. 2) There were no toilet rolls in bathrooms. 3) There were no racks in either bathrooms for keeping toiletries. 4) There were no hand towels, we were given only two large bath towels. 5) The bed-sheet on the bed felt like it wasn’t fresh, I noticed some hairs on it and both pillow covers had their stitches badly torn. This was a minor issue as I took out fresh bed sheets and pillow covers from the cupboard and changed them myself. 6) There was lot of damp in the wall between the bedroom and en-suite, likely due to leaking water pipe hidden in the wall. For us, the above issues were minor but I am flagging them to bring to hosts attention so that these can be fixed. But as I stated earlier, the flat is nice and spacious. Overall I found it very clean, and most importantly the location is excellent.
