Bel appartement, hôte exécrable
. Le petit appartement que nous avons rapidement vu semblait confortable et conforme à la description. L'immeuble est au pied de l'eau et le quartier proche de toutes les commodités.
La pire réservation de ma vie. Nous avions réservé un grand appartement avec deux chambres pour accueillir notre famille. En arrivant l'hôte nous a présenté un appartement deux fois plus petit avec une seule chambre sans nous avoir prévenu et pour le même prix. Le grand appartement était effectivement en travaux, et il ne pouvait accueillir aucun voyageur. Devant la preuve irréfutable que nous avions bien réservé un grand appartement l'hote s'est rapidement montrée agressive et nous a interdit l'accès à la propriété. Alors que nous tentions avec booking d'obtenir en urgence un logement alternatif pour notre famille l'hôte a délibérément bloqué toute tentative de relogement prétextant qu'elle nous attendait et que l'appartement était prêt. Revenant à la propriété pour me plaindre l'hôte m'a craché dessus et la police locale a dû intervenir pour calmer la situation. J'ai dû me reloger à mes frais en urgence
