Las vistas y la ubicación del apartamento. El anfitrión fue muy detallista tanto en cosas dentro de la casa como en información sobre la zona de ocio y de restauración.

El poble. Pontedeume es un poble tranquil i agradable amb bona gent. L'apartament disposa de llits molt còmodes i vistes molt boniques des de la terrassa. La cuina esta be però amb poca vaixella.
Es un 4t sense ascensor. Una de les 3 habitacions es interior sense finestra. L'apartament te mancances, com per exemple no té taula al saló ni a la saleta on és la TV. Sols la taula de la cuina. Tampoc té ni cortines ni estors així que la intimitat i gestió luminica està compromesa. Te algunes coses trencades que cal reparar, com la mampara de la dutxa que s'hauria de canviar completament. Y la persiana del bany que esta atascada i la cinta enrotllada i inutilitzada amb un nuc.
