Spacious Family Apartment with Garden & Parking by Noclegi Renters

Przestronność, stosunkowo wygodne wnętrze, bardzo dobre wyposażenie oraz dostęp do parkingu podziemnego. Zdecydowanym atutem jest również funkcjonalne oddzielenie części dziennej od sypialnianej. Dodatkowo na plus ładne osiedle i dobra lokalizacja z dwoma sklepami w najbliższej okolicy.

Niestety, największym minusem jest obsługa, która kontaktuje się z gościem w bardzo pretensjonalnym tonie. Zameldowałem się o 21:00 i zastałem brudną wycieraczkę z cudzymi pudełkami od pizzy. Następnego dnia dostałem wiadomość z pretensjami, abym nie zostawiał śmieci i je wyrzucił, popartą chamskim przytykiem od sąsiadach. Skoro obsługa o tym wiedziała, powinna przysłać kogoś do sprzątnięcia lub przynajmniej kulturalnie poprosić o pomoc, zamiast z góry zakładać moją winę. Kolejny zgrzyt miał miejsce przy wymeldowaniu (wyszliśmy 10 min przed 11:00, pani sprzątająca już czekała pod drzwiami). Zostawiłem klucze w skrytce, a o 11:15 otrzymałem pretensjonalny telefon, że sprzątaczka nie może ich znaleźć. ​Do tego dochodzą spore braki w czystości i komforcie: ​Na oparciu łóżka pełno kurzu (pozdrawiam alergików). ​Brudna wanna z włosami wystającymi z odpływu. ​Ogródek jest mocno zaniedbany (niekoszona trawa). ​Z sypialni głośno słychać otwieranie i zamykanie bramy garażowej. ​Mocno skrzypiące łóżko w sypialni na końcu korytarza. ​Płacąc prawie 900 zł za noc, oczekuje się zupełnie innego standardu – zarówno pod kątem czystości, jak i profesjonalnego kontaktu z klientem. Very spacious apartment on the ground floor. Parking was very easy to get in. Great complex and easy access to the center via public transport. A lot of shops and restaurants in proximity.

Even though it’s a new build it requires maintenance. Some things have to be fixed. Getting out of the parking was a problem. Hopefully they will fix the issues.

Very cosy. Immediately felt like home. Everyday after spending time in the city, it felt so good to get back.

A bit complicated to get the codes into the system to open the gates and doors. Later it causes no issues, since you have the key, but the begging is quite confusing. The code is correct, it just requires about 10 times to get it in.

We have stayed in this apartment five times over the past three years, often for longer periods. Our first stay was excellent, and we keep coming back. Unfortunately, we have noticed a gradual decline in maintenance and service. I previously shared several issues directly with the team, and continued to leave positive reviews. Unfortunately, some of the same issues remain. As we are planning to stay again later this year, I hope the following points can be addressed: High priority * Bedroom window: One window cannot be opened properly and does not close fully. This needs to be repaired. * Heating: The automated heating regulators run out of battery and are difficult to operate. Either the system should be properly calibrated or, ideally, replaced with simple manual regulators. This is particularly important before winter. Medium priority * Cleaning/check-in: During our last three stays, the apartment was not ready on time. * Cleaning quality: A proper quality check before guest arrival would help. Lower priority * Remove or properly conceal the exposed cables. * Improve garden maintenance, particularly during summer. * Update the listing photos to reflect the current terrace furniture, as the table and sofa shown in the photos are no longer there. Given that this is one of the more expensive apartments in Warsaw, I believe regular inspections and addressing recurring guest feedback would make a significant difference. I hope these points can be addressed before our next stay — if so, I would also be happy to update my review accordingly.
