Goed verblijf voor een lekkere skiweek.

Locatie, dickht bij skibus naar klatembach. De weg is wel stijl.

Für den Preis okay, könnte nur etwas sauberer sein.

Fußläufig zu Lift, Bäcker, MPreis und Therme, sowie Restaurants. Ausstattung in Ordnung, bessere Handwerkerwohnung.

Könnte sauberer sein. Überall Silberfische und Wollmäuse. Wasserdruck ist eine Katastrophe. Ständiger Heißkalt-Wechsel.

Nur ein schöner Ausblick reicht heutzutage nicht mehr....

Wohnküche, schöne große Sitzecke. Ausblick mega! Die Betten, die getrennt stehen, sind sehr bequem und man schläft super darin! Wirklich sehr ruhig! :-)

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Recht lieblos, einfach nur scheinbar praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, eignet sich vor allem für Kurzaufenthalte , Bauarbeiter, Montage.... Es gab keine Bilder o.ä. an den Wänden ( und da gäbe es doch vom Zillertal/ Tirol mega Bilder) , außer ein seltsames Plasteherz und eine Weihnachtsdeko. Erste Woche roch es ständig nach Zigarettenrauch, schon beim Aussteigen aus dem Auto umgab das Haus diesen Geruch, ebenso extrem im Treppenhaus. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort. Dann wurde es besser mit dem Geruch. Im Schrank lag ein zerbrochene Glas, WC war schmutzig, tote Insekten lagen in einigen Ecken....- alles gleich beim Einzug. Wer Tisch,Bett, Stuhl - Zimmer mag, ist hier zufrieden. Es gab 2 Besen, aber keine Kehrschaufel..., Der angepriesene Holzbalkon ist sooo schmal, dass kaum 2 Menschen hintereinander drauf stehen können. Es gab 2 kalte Metallstühle ( keine Sitzkissen o.ä.) , für übrigens 4 Leute. So nahm man sein Handtuch oder eine Jacke zum Draufsetzen an den kühlen Tagen mit raus. Wir haben uns dann in unseren 3 Wochen eingelebt, sind grundlegend auch leicht zufriedenstellen. Aber der Wohnung fehlen Charme, Individualität, Gemütlichkeit, ein paar Erneuerungen ( z.B. ein Kleiderschrank öhne Böden..., was soll man damit?) - die Wohnung hätte Potential, aber es müsste sich mal jemand RICHTIG darum kümmern ;-) .

Na pohodu

Lokalita je moc hezká. Malé městečko Fugen s mnoha hezkými apartmánovými domy a malými uličkami. 8 min. od ubytování byl větší obchod. 10 km od ubytování lyžařské středisko HOCHFUGEN s mnoha svahy, které jsou pro celodenní lyžovačku dostačující. Dá se mezi kopci přejíždět - trasovat. Vesměs sedačkové vleky nebo kabiny. Krásně upravené svahy s dobrým zázezím. Ubytování čisté, kuchyň dostačující. Místnosti prostorné. Terasa k dispozici. Dole byla společná lyžárna s vyhřívanými držáky. Parkovali jsme před domem. Hned naproti teda byl kravín (z okna jsme viděli krávy :-), od kterého šla "vůně", ale jelikož jsme měli zavřená okna, nevnímali jsme to. Kousek od ubytovní byla nástupní stanice lanovky na nějaký kopec, ale my toto nevyužili. Jezdlili jsme svými vozidly na tu vzdálenější sjezdovku.

Měli jsme apartmán se 3 ložnicemi, tzn. byli jsme tam 2 rodiny a jedno WC s jednou sprchou bylo na 7 lidí (4 dospělí, 3 děti) málo. Kdyby aspoň bylo WC mimo koupelnu, tak by to bylo lepší, ale bohužel to bylo v jedné místnosti a vystřídat se 7 lidí bylo někdy složité. Ale je to náš problém, příště už víme, že toto musíme pořešit. Navíc se málo topilo, takže jsme museli přitápět přídavným topením, které bylo k dispozici. Nejvíce v koupelně. Venku totiž bylo na únor celkem teplo, tak asi proto se málo topilo.
