Locația: promenada Gzira-Sliema în fața blocului; multe restaurante bune în apropiere, budget friendly; aproape de punctele de plecare pentru activități turistice
bulevardul aglomerat și zgomotos din fața clădirii, mici defecte în apartament (un geam crăpat), absența plaselor pentru insecte
