Emplacement idéal en plein centre ville et très au calme. L'appartement est plutôt spacieux.
L'appartement n'est pas très bien entretenu. Mauvaise literie, les canalisations qui refoulent énormément, les toilettes qui évacuent mal.

L’emplacement
Très mal isolé quand il fait chaud dehors, il fait plus chaud dedans que dehors et impossible de faire circuler l’air. Même avec des ventilos c’est invivable, surtout dans la chambre du fond. C’était moyennement propre et beaucoup de prises électriques ne marchaient pas.
