Die Nähe der Wohnung zum Strand (100 m) ist perfekt, das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in den Dünen. Große Fenster erlauben tolle Ausblicke zum Meer und dem Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, bspw. ist das Sofa durchgesessen und abgenutzt. WLAN ist vorhanden, aber unzuverlässig und langsam, sodass das Streamen von Filmen/Videos kaum möglich ist.
