Designer Detailing in the CBD: 2 bed 2.5 bath

Lovely property, modestly appointed. Heated toilet seats an absolute bonus!!!

A property that sleeps 4 yet only has living room seating for 2.

We were very pleased with the location, so close to the city centre for sight-seeing the "new Christchurch", for strolling along the river, for quick access to the bus interchange (and a luggage storage facility), and close to a supermarket to buy our breakfast and other necessities. We appreciated the heated towel rail and toilet seat (but not so sure about the light in the toilet!), also the good shower and the convenient dressing room. The beds (downstairs) were very comfortable and beautifully warm, even though we never did get the heat pump in the bedroom to operate (not that that bothered us).

Too many artificial flowers throughout, and definitely not needed on the dining table. Other B&B's we have stayed in have always provided complimentary tissues - and breakfast provided for our first morning would have been nice. We felt it was overpriced for a couple (for what was a relatively long stay in a B&B), probably overpriced for a family of four, but would be reasonable for two couples.

It has 2 bed rooms kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms with all amenities .

The address is not given till 1 day before arrival. Wrong entry code was given. Not clean under the bed and broken dust bin cover . Dust bins are not emptied during your stay.No elevator so if you have heavy luggage difficult to take it to second bed room on 3rd floor. They will not allow even 15 mins late check out.
