Os quartos sao muito bons, faltando apenas prateleiras no banheiro para acomodar melhor artigos de higiene. Cozinha boa, com fartura de utensílios. A localizaçao do apartamento bem próxima à praia. Ótimo custo benefício.

O apartamento é muito bonito e confortável em uma área muito bonita da cidade de Lima. É muito perto do shopping, onde tem lugares para comer e comodidades. Eu gostei muito e não tenho nada a reclamar!

The ability to open the sliding glass doors to let in the slight breeze, the spaciousness of the unit, the ample storage areas so you can settle in for an extended stay, the kitchen, the extra half bath, the lighting of the unit as well as the surroundings were fairly quiet. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and warm water for showers, as well as access to the building's small gym. The sliding glass doors also opened in the gym which was refreshing.

Though we followed the protocol of uploading our headshot and passport on Wynwood's digital platform (which made us feel uncomfortable because that made us go outside of the Booking.com's platform), and we received a confirmation that all was received, the property management said they did not receive the materials, so even after I Whatsapp'd them the screenshot of the confirmation, we still had to upload these sensitive materials onto Whatsapp which made us feel very vulnerable and insecure. The only other option shared with us was for the property management to cancel our booking. We were in route to the property, so we decided to submit via the property management's instructions. We still do not like this, and leaves us feeling susceptible to future problems.

El departamento era muy bonito

El trámite para poder ingresar es súper engorroso, te tratan prácticamente como sui fueras alguien que porta tarjetas ilegales, te piden fotos de tus transacciones, que el pago hay allegado a tu correo, en kar tu foto, los documentos y luego en el registro en recepción otra vez te piden lo mismo. Solo tienen pago por tarjeta, no aceptan transferencia, ni pago con Pos.
