New Oceanview Suite - Caravelle 504

We loved the view and the set up of the place. It was very homey and we felt very comfortable there. The shower was 10/10 with all the different settings. We appreciated the sign about the hot water taking a while and to just have patience. The patio was very peaceful at night. Also, the kitchen having everything we may need, including a pair of scissors and pots and pans, and dishes was absolutely amazing. Even having the dish soap there was nice. The bed was super comfy and I really liked how many pillows were available and a fan being available for when it got a little toasty.

Our biggest complaint was the tv and internet. Every time we left the room with my phone (the one we used to set up the tv), we had to forget the wifi connection on both the tv and my phone to get it to work again. Sometimes that didn't even work and it would say the code wasn't correct, yet I had done it the same when I had connected it the previous time and it had worked. 2 out of the 3 nights, we couldn't get the tv to work again for hours at a time. After trying for far longer than I should have each night, I gave up and just went without and would try again every so often until it decided to work again. Very poor setup for the internet. The only other complaint we had was someone repeatedly yelling from their balcony one night when we were sat on the patio, enjoying watching the storm. Also, the noise from the pool would get very loud during the day.
