Property owner very professional, after a delayed check-in(not his fault) he made up for it by allowing us to check out late, location fantastic, room clean

Receptionist hardly seen on the premises, we had to wait for the owner to turn up for the check-in, and when we checked out the lady at reception was literally sitting on the stairs smoking with another one, treating us with contempt, amateurishly, she wouldn't allow us to leave luggage at reception, as we had a late train. It's the first time I come across such a situation at a Black Sea resort hotel.

Locatie excelenta,aproape de plaja si restaurante/minimarketuri. Pat comfortabil, aer conditionat, mocheta pe jos, minifrigider, curat.

Pentru câteva zile la mare, este ok. Camere curate, locație aproape de plaja (7-10 min pe jos). In proximitate restaurante foarte ok pentru toate mesele principale. Per total, a fost ok,dar cu siguranță pot fi îmbunătățite aspectele menționate mai jos.

Dotări slabe la baie,fără săpun,nici un suport pe care sa punem șamponul/felul de dus. Lipsa prosoapelor de picioare, mai ales când avem copii care ies din dus și pot aluneca foarte ușor pe gresia umeda. Lipsa aer condiționat în dormitor(era montat 1 aer slăbuț in living,însă insuficient și pentru dormitor). Scările de acces până la ultimul etaj ne-au dat bătăi de cap zilnic,am făcut sport :).

Totul este foarte curat și ingrijit, locația este aproape de plajă, personalul foarte de treabă,

Nu a fost nimic să nu ne placă, vom reveni cu mare drag❤️
