Localização incrível, em um prédio com funcionários extremamente gentis e dispostos a ajudar. Sempre que necessitei, o pessoal da imobiliária estava à disposição, especialmente a Thais.
O apartamento em si é frio, pela localização na Augusto de Lima. É fato e você não vai ter problemas, só se preparar. O box é muito pequeno e precisa que consertem a porta de acrílico. E a pressão da água na torneira da pia faz um barulho muito alto.

Havia muitas baratinhas (inseto), faltaram alguns utensílios mas prontamente resolveram pra mim .

Boa localização
Achei a hospedagem apertada, mas fotos dão a impressão de ser maior. A cama estava quebrada, os travesseiros não eram bons, e não tinham cobertas o suficiente pro frio q fazia a noite. O espaço para banho é extremamente apertado. Em relação a cozinha, planejava fazer algumas refeições no apto, mas o fato de não ter nem um fogo para acender o fogão ficou ruim.
