Es un bajo y tiene un patio enorme. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y es imprescindible en agosto. La piscina comunitaria muy bien!
Las tuberías del baño huelen muy mal, las puertas y los colchones chirrian mucho.

Nos encantó el espacio para disfrute individual de la "terraza" con las hamacas y barbacoa y la cercanía con la piscina (que estaba normalmente con poca gente), lo disfrutamos mucho.
Mejoraría la parte de vitrocerámica que no tenía mucha fuerza para poder cocina y olor en el baño. Echamos de menos un ventilador en el salón y habitación del niño para no tener que poner el aire acondicionado y tener la ventana abierta, pero siempre teníamos la opción del aire acondicionado.

Die Lage war gut
Die Ausstattung war sehr mäßig. Kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, kein Öl, kein Kaffee, kein Wasser (das Leitungswasser ist NICHT trinkbar), kein Spülmittel; die Küche ist total verbaut, einige Schränke sind nicht nutzbar. Das Apartment wurde kürzlich mal eben übergestrichen, was deutlich zu sehen ist. Terrasse ist gut, ansonsten ist die Außenanlage nicht ansprechend. Die Außengeräte der Klimaanlage blasen die warme Luft direkt zum Tisch auf der Terrasse. Am Waschbecken war irgendwas das wie Seife aussieht aber nicht ein bisschen geschäumt hat. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht.
