Location, host, apartment had everything we needed
We had no issue, but for future customers - just be mindful about narrow stairs going to 3rd floor

Great location, easy access to the city center.
There was no soap in the shower, and the furnishings/equipment were quite basic.

Appartamento situato in centro storico. Posizione ottima
La finestra del bagno è molto piccola e sporge sulle scale del corridoio esterno, le altre finestre hanno la visuale all'interno del cortile, praticamente il sole non si vede mai. L'acqua esce piano sopratutto nel bidè.

La struttura è centralissima quindi è molto comoda se si deve girare il centro. Meno comodo il parcheggio perché si trova in zona ZTL e gli stalli costano un polmone 😅 ma chiaramente questo non dipende dall’host. C’è un solo climatizzatore nella casetta ma devo dire che riesce a raffreddare tutto l’ambiente. L’host è stato sempre gentile è disponibile.
Il palazzo non è molto ordinato e pulito. Lo stabile è molto trasandato ed è senza ascensore quindi salire fino al terzo piano tramite le scale con i gradini alti è faticoso. I sanitari dell’appartamento sono molto vecchi e la biancheria odorava di umido. Inoltre anche le stoviglie erano insufficienti (c’era un solo bicchiere per tre persone).
