Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage und Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, schöner Balkon. Unsere Kinder haben das Schwimmbad und den Spielplatz geliebt. Generell sehr kinderfreundlich, es gibt Sandspielzeug und eine Spielzeugkiste in der Wohnung. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem gibt es ein tolles Café und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe in dem Ort. Super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Leider ist der ehemalige Luftkurort Friedrichsbrunn nicht ein sehr schöner und aktiver Ferienort im Harz. Das liegt an verschiedenen Dingen.

Ruhige Lage,Parkplatz gerade über Silvester im Grundstück. Nähe zum Bäcker. Nutzung des Hallenbades.
Es hätte besser einen zweiten Schüssel geben können. Zu wenig Besteck. Der eine Tiegel zum Braten ist nicht gut geeignet. Abstreicher fehlt vor dr Wohnungstür. Für die technischen Geräte (Kaffeeautomat...) wäre es sehr wünschenswert gewesen, wenn Bedienungsanleitungen in der Unterkunft sind. Fernbedienung für die Lichtanlage im Schwimmbad war nicht in unserer Wohnung (haben wir erst durch den Urlauber im Nachbarhaus erfahren) Einweisung hat hier nicht stattgefunden. Keine Waschseife im Kleien Bad.
