Pool is lovely and staff friendly
Just a little distance from centre but download an app for taxis and it’s really cheap, wouldn’t put me off being a little out of the way as Tirana doesn’t have many outdoor pools at hotels

I love the rooms and the pool.
The faucet in the sink in the toilet is not working.I cannot bearly wash my hands.

The swimming 🏊♂️ Pool, breakfast and location was good.
The fridge wasn't working despite raising complaints on several occasions in fact we have to go to their bar to collect a small bucket with ice 🧊 🧊 blocks to cool our drinks. No satisfactory answers were given for that, one stuff said it doesn't work because you remove the card when you go out l said why give us one door card then instead of 2 no explanation was given. I have to ask for toilet rolls time and again and some point was given kitchen towels because they said laundry 🙃 was closed. Even toilets 🚻 in eating didn't have toilet rolls inside
