Die Lage ist ausserordentlich.
Die Ausstattung ist dürftig. Einer der zwei Sessel für die Terrasse ist zerrissen und unbrauchbar. Die Lampe im Treppenhaus ist defekt; ebenso eine Wandlampe in der Stube und die linke Nachttischlampe.
