Mia Luxury apartments

We loved this flat so much. It was hard to leave. The owner was on the same floor and she is lovely, easy to talk to, quickly answering & helping. We would always come back to her flat if we come back to Golem :)

As we were 6 persons and only had 1 set of keys with which we could enter the flat in at least two ways, we had to organise and communicate among each other in order to always be sure to get access to the flat individually as we did not stuck together as a group, all the time.

Gute Lage, ausreichend Platz.

Für ein angebliches Luxusapartment zu viele Mängel. Besonders dass nach kurzem duschen oder Spülen das Wasser nicht mehr lief, war für uns als Familie problematisch. Die Vermieterin wollte das anfangs nicht als Problem betrachten. Wir mussten auch für Babybett zahlen, obwohl es laut booking kostenlos sein sollte. Abends gab es oft Lärm durch Feiern in benachbarten Hotels. Umgebung des Hauses sehr dreckig. Müll wird einfach auf die Straße geworfen und wir wussten nicht wohin mit dem Müll. Fahrstuhl geht nicht in die Etage, man muss trotzdem eine Treppe steigen. Das Meer sieht man, wenn man 2 m groß ist. Also unter Luxus verstehen wir etwas anderes.

Location was quite good, very close to the beach and big hotels. host very friendly and helpful with a few issues that we had initially and sorted them out promptly. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen equipment good.

Parking not easy at the weekend. Bedroom very bright, curtains need to be blackout or something, we had very little sleep. Sofa not very comfortable at all. Hard to find apartment, good photos provided but unclear how to actually access it. We also didn’t like that there are no windows that allow any kind of view. There is a balcony but not really for sitting on and nothing provided. Not really ‘ luxury’ in our view.
