Lokalizacja (blisko markety), wyposażenie mieszkania w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy i chemię, dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Możliwość bycia ze zwierzakiem na wielki plus. Brak zapachów po poprzednich lokatorach - zwierzętach. Jak za tą cenę, polecam w 100% i jeśli będę ponownie w Rumii napewno skorzystam.
W momencie przebywania w lokalu były straszne upały i warto byłoby na przyszłość zainwestować w klimatyzację. Dodatkowo można przyszłościowo pomyśleć o wymianie materaca na nowy - dla mnie nie był wygodny. Są to jedyne minusy tego mieszkania, więcej uwag nie mamy :)

Mieszkanie na nowym osiedlu, czyste zadbane mieszkanie niema się do czego przyczepić. . Mega super kontakt z właścicielem który umożliwił wcześniejsze zameldowanie, które było dla mnie bardzo ważne. Blisko sklepy.
Nie było takiej rzeczy. Wszystko super.

Ogólna czystość, duża łazienka, regał z książkami, Parking.
Jeden duży i tępy nóż do krojenia, gdzieniegdzie zalegający kurz: góra lodówki, kratka wentylacyjna w kuchni, góra szafy w dużym pokoju.

Czysto, świetna lokalizacja. Apartament fajnie, nowocześnie urządzony. W sypialni regał z książkami- rewelacja dla zapominalskich jak ja. Miałam co czytać
Jest tylko jeden duży nóż. Przydałoby się więcej 🙂
