Urban Gem Sancturay - Central丨Calm丨Comfort

Good location just around the corner from Spice Alley which has lots of small restaurants. Also a very short walk to catch the buses going into the city and about an eight-minute walk to Central Railway Station for the trains and light rail. The apartment was clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was fast and consistent. Close to a large supermarket and a good-sized kitchen with cooking utensils etc. so you could cook at home. Lots of coffee capsules and tea bags along with oil, salt and other condiments. The manager organised a second set of keys for us when we asked. The balcony was an added bonus as not many apartments this central to the CBD have balconies.

Checking in was a bit confusing as the property is not actually located at the address stated on the confirmation letter but is around the corner in a small laneway. The address stated is the meeting address and someone comes to collect you to take you to the actual apartment. The laneway does not look appealing, but we were quite safe walking around the area at night and it is very quiet as it is not on the main road. But the managers were very lovely and even gave us some fruit and milk and apologised for the initial confusion.
