Appartamento ben arredato, camere confortevoli e spaziose, il bagno nuovo. Ottima la posizione, si raggiungono comodamente a piedi tutti i punti di interesse della città. Lo staff, pur non presente fisicamente, era in contatto continuo con noi via mail ed ha risolto presto un problema che avevamo trovato.
Appena arrivati non funzionava la caldaia per riscaldamento e acqua calda ma il problema è stato risolto entro la serata. Le tende oscuranti nelle camere non coprivano bene le finestre e filtrava molta luce anche la notte. Nelle camere le luci dei lampadari e delle abat jour erano troppo tenui.

Mooie hoge plafonds, keurige badkamer en ruime slaapkamers. Het appartement beschikt over een eigen cv ketel met (ingestelde) thermostaat. De woning was lekker warm. Gelegen nabij treinstation Kraków Grzegórzki.
Te weinig handdoeken voor 5 nachten met drie personen (3 grote en 2 kleine handdoeken). Smalle gordijnen in de slaapkamer waar veel licht langs kan komen. 3 hoge verdiepingen zonder lift (maar dit wisten we van tevoren).
