Die Wohnung war gemütlich mit älteren,massiven Möbeln eingerichtet. Bequemen Betten.
EinZimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten das andere mit Doppelbett.
Kühlschrank,Herd und Waschmaschine waren neu.
Ein schöner ,großer Balkon mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Genug Platz für 4 Personen.und traumhaftem Meerblick
3 Minuten zum schönen freien Badestrand .Spaziergang 10 Minuten über einen Weg am Strand zu nach San Marco und Maria di Castellabata.
Es gab auch mehrere Strandrestaurants,Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm Verleih.

Die Außenanlage könnte besser gepflegt werden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Meer und fußläufig zwischen San Marco undSanta Maria gelegen. Der Balkon war schön und groß mit einem guten Blick aufs Meer.
Die Dusche ist winzig klein und war von Beginn an verstopft, der WC-Deckel war lose und verrutschte ständig.Es gab zwar Müllbeutel für die Mülltrennung, aber keine Behälter dafür. Ein Geschirrhandtuch fehlte, der Kaffeekocher war extrem klein und der Griff vom Kochtopf viel fast ab. Leider war das Bett sehr hart. Der Treppenaufgang was ungepflegt.Der Vermieter hielt verabredete Zeiten nicht ein und gab keine Informationen zum Check out ( von 8-9!). Der Schlüssel war erforderlich, um das große Eingangstor zu öffnen, was dann automatisch wieder zuging. Da der Vermieter nicht erreichbar war (er hat sich erst viel später zurück gemeldet) mussten wir den Schlüssel einfach im Toröffner stecken lassen. Das hat sehr gestresst bei der Abreise.

Ottima posizione e vista spettacolare, è in parco a pochi metri dal mare (c'è sia spiaggia libera che lidi) e circa 10 minuti a piedi da Santa Maria , proprietario gentile e disponibile, consiglio.

Siamo stati qui a luglio, contesto molto tranquillo e accogliente. Eravamo in 3 adulti e un cane . La casa era dotata di tutto tranne il phon, ma colpa mia che non ho chiesto prima. C'è un grande spazio antistante gli appartamenti e nel nostro caso c'era anche un piccolo giardino.
L' accesso al mare è reso comodo da una scaletta che porta alla spiaggia libera e ai lidi.
Dalla spiaggia è possibile raggiungere in meno di 10 minuti direttamente il centro di Santa Maria attraverso la passeggiata di mattoni evitando di prendere la macchina.
La posizione è strategica: a metà tra Santa Maria e San Marco.
Attilio e il suo papà sono stati molto accoglienti e ospitali pronti a soddisfare esigenze e necessità.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.
