Il parcheggio privato sotto casa, la posizione fronte mare con spiaggia sotto casa, doccia e lavapiedi antistanti la struttura, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, lavatrice, terrazza ampia con vista mare (appartamento piano superiore)

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Il residence si trova in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal mare, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e riposante. Il comfort degli appartamenti è ottimo e il personale è stato molto gentile. Perfetto per chi cerca una vacanza di relax senza rinunciare alla comodità. Il lungomare di Santa Maria si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti circa Comodissima la fermata SITA BUS a circa 100m, per chi vuole raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi pubblici

Il mare sotto la struttura , a 10 scalini non ha prezzo,posi la macchina e non la prendi più. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro via spiaggia xon apposita strada
Il mare bello pulito , trasparente, ma al pomeriggio le alghe ,a riva, la fanno da padrona,cmq il mare pulito
