Sehr schön eingerichtetes landestypisches großes Haus mit einem tollen Pool und einem großen Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer und der Wohn-/Essbereich sind klimatisiert. Es ist auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück eine große Garage mit viel Platz vorhanden. Direkt am Grundstück (Randlage) geht ein Rad- und Wanderweg vorbei. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe (selbst zu zu Fuß in ca. 10 Min. erreichbar).
Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nur über eine enge Gasse möglich.
