El balcón era muyyy agradable para estar en la mañana y en la tarde. La salida del Sol tras la montaña se veía hermosa. El departamento era cómodo y limpio, la ubicación es muy buena, y durante la mañana habían muchos lugares cercanos donde ir a desayunar maravillosamente. Tuve un problema para pagar por la página, pero el encargado fue muy amable y logramos resolverlo.

Good location and nice views. It is close to several points of interest like museums, Monserrate and casco central (downtown)

I booked this accommodation for two adults and one teenager. Based on the listing, I expected a proper bed for my daughter, but instead she had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable and caused her back pain throughout our stay. The pillows also need to be replaced, and I had concerns about whether the bed sheets had been properly washed. Another major issue was that there was no hot water during our stay, which was very disappointing. Finally, because of the location, it was quite noisy at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
