L'emplacement, l'environnement, résidence très calme, le balcon, la petite arrière cour aménagée pour mettre mon vélo à l'abri des regards, l'équipement intérieur, la déco, la présence de produits basiques ( savon sucre, thé, huile....) Les échanges avec le propriétaire et la concierge.
Le matelas un peu mou du canapé convertible.

Emplacement très bien, juste à côté de l'étang de thau. Idéal pour aller se balader. Marseillan et ses restaurants sont à proximité. Lotissement très calme à cette période.
Salle de bain un peu petite,et espace autour des wc trop étroit, pour des personnes un peu forte. Les barrières du balcon auraient besoin d'être refaite, elles ne donnent pas confiance, à cause de la rouille.
