Everything was perfect. This property exceeded our expectations

Close to town centre & recently renovated.

Our apartment needed blinds in the living area. Building still being fitted out so it was a bit noisy in the morning but they have nearly finished.

The kitchen, layout and location.

The apartment has no parking. The stairs are very steep and there is only one bathroom. There also is no soundproofing - you can hear the people in the other apartments, cars passing and people walking past the apartment on the street and dogs barking, Maybe curtains could help - with the noise.

The apartment is amazing—spotlessly clean, with fantastic facilities and an incredible location. Fantastic views.

The only downside was the noise. There was a very loud party in the neighboring penthouse, and we couldn’t sleep. The apartment is also next to a bridge, so you can hear the traffic throughout the day and night. In addition, there is a venue downstairs that plays loud music, which adds to the overall noise. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable. If you’re coming to Whanganui to enjoy the nightlife, it’s probably a great place to stay. However, if you’re looking for peace and a good night’s sleep, this may not be the best choice.
