A beautifully presented villa that I would not hesitate to book again (trying to work out how to get an extra holiday in this year) LOVED the hospitality elements that were provided. The guys met us at the villa on arrival and showed us around. They left not only a welcome kit but other essentials such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, bottles water. They even left some alcohol in the games room. This REALLY made a difference to our stay. We did not make sufficient use of it due to the weather but the outside space is glorious with an outdoor kitchen and an amazing eating area.

Unfortunately due to the location and security requirements there are a lot of dogs in the area that can be quite loud over night. However, with windows closed they are harder to see. In the summer I would expect that having air conditioning on would mitigate this. Whilst a cot was provided free of charge it would be good if there were a few more child friendly elements with regards to the stairs as there are a lot of them and can be quite steep for small children. The ability to have a stair gate or similar would really open the audience of this villa.
