Premium location, premium view, premium new-construction (2021) building, with an associated premium price. No problem there. All as advertised.
Ironically, however, there are no AC or USB power ports on the nightstand. You have to plug your AC wall wart power supply into the wall, halfway down the bed, around your knees. Straddle your iWatch over the power port, and dangle your USB cable to your iPhone to the floor and hope it does not disconnect. No AC outlets near the head of the bed to be found. But there is a self-powered nightlight that requires power from your iPhone to run. But at night, my iPhone needs charging, not discharging. Not sure how the architect of this building thought this was a good idea. Again, irony. And yes, a nice view of the ocean as advertised.
