La ubicación es excelente. Equipamiento muy completo y lugar confortable.

No pudimos abrir el portón con el código asignado al llegar. Solucionaron el problema (alguien del lugar salió a abrirnos).

The location is really awesome. Close to Providencia with all the shops and restaurants, less than 1 km to a huge shopping mall, but also very close to the San Cristobal hill and city park. There is a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient.

These are really small details, but... The keypad to get in the apartment is a bit annoying to operate - it always took me like 3 attempts to wake it up and then it's easy to press a button by mistake. And then there is a key inside to use for the main gate. You cannot leave without it. I think it would probably make more sense to have a normal 1 common key for both and then have a lock with a keypad to hold the key for check-in. But really, those are details. The apartment was smaller than I expected from the pictures, but I guess that's quite normal. It was definitely big enough for one person. But to find space to do yoga was a bit on the edge. As others said, it really depends what kind of neighbours you get. I thought nobody would be above me, but a few days after arrival people started walking above me. The worst thing about this was when they moved chairs without lifting them - that's the worst kind of noise that can often happen in hotels as well. Overall I was happy with the place, but not sure if I would stay again - the price was really high for what you get.
