Близость к метро, буквально 1 минута пешком.
Хороший балкон со столиком.
Оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, особенно, если в поездке планируете готовить сами.
Приятный хозяин.
Сам район оказался не очень благополучным из-за контингента. С открытым окном было невозможно спать - крики, шум мопедов. В ближайшем к дому карфуре очереди на кассе, можно долго простоять. Месяц поездки-сентябрь.
Это очень испортило впечатление.

Appartement situé à proximité d'une station de métro qui permet de se déplacer très facilement.
On se sent en sécurité dans le logement qui est très fonctionnel.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.
Le vol fréquent des avions est assez bruyant mais on ne peut rien y faire.
