Tranquility - Banana Beach Club

The resort is very safe and just what was needed to relax. Out of season was perfect for peace and quiet time.

I would have liked if the braai could have been cleaned every morning. But it was not a major problem. There was a bin and cleaning utensils

Everything was perfect

Nothing

Location, the views , play area for the kids and safety of being in the gated area. Peace of mind.

The room D12 was not really clean we had to sweep the floors again, not if they were rushing because we were already there. Some dishcloths need a soak in and and some washing ended up using paper towels, but the stay was beautiful

We enjoyed the pool, slides ,game room and the tennis court. Enjoyed the outside braai area. The view was perfect and a nice and peaceful atmosphere. The main bedroom was big and lovely and the ensuite bathroom was clean and neat. The beach was just a few minutes walk with was so convenient.

The apartment was not checked properly before we came because we booked 7 nights and both the gas and electricity ran out before that. The bathroom with the shower had so much mold on the ceiling and in the shower area which was disgusting and my family was forced to use the bathtub instead. We had to message the owner to sort the gas and electricity issue which he did but the inconvenience of keep having to reach out to get issues resolved was a horrible experience and does not give us time to just relax and unwind. The kids room were so small and no space to do anything else. There was no walking space in their bedroom at all. The lounge and kitchen were too small and not correct with what was advertised.
