This stay was amazing! It was right next to a Subway station so traveling around was super convenient. There's a beach a couple stops away, the Busan X Sky 100 observatory and beach area further east, and to the west there was the port and some shopping areas. The accommodations are also pretty nice. I'm solo traveling but had an entire apartment size space to myself. There's also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. And the host always responded within just a few minutes.

The two main downsides to this place is the bathroom and the fact that it's four floors up and only accessible via stairs. The bathroom worked and did its job, but it felt a little awkward to use just because of its layout and appearance. The fact that the space is four floors up isn't a big deal if you are able bodied and able to lift your luggage fairly easily, but could be a problem for certain people.

Sunt gândaci mari care se plimbă pe sub salteaua unde se doarme (menționez ca se doarme pe jos pe saltea, nu sunt paturi) și am stat în fiecare seară să urmărim și să omoram din ei… apartamentul este curat, dar nu am putut dormi din cauza gândacilor de frica sa nu se urce pe noi noaptea.

The apartment was cleaned to a good standard. We liked that the main common area (dining room, kitchen and TV room is in one big space) is spacious. There is an air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms. There are plenty of hand size towels (we were just 2 persons). The beds (bedrooms 1 and 2) were comfortable. The apartment door is very secure. WIFI was fast and easy to connect to. The entrance way in the apartment is spacious, lots of slippers and good lighting.

We were not aware of the fact that the apartment building had no lift and the apartment was on 3 floor (if you’re from the UK, and 4 floor for others), as we had 2 heavy suitcases and it was a struggle for us to take them up. There is a sign inside the apartment (bathroom) not to open the window due to ‘insect infestation’, so we did not open the window, yet we saw a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. There are lots of ‘do not enter signs’ with information beneath them around the apartment on doors, cupboards and walls, but most of them are in Korean, so we didn’t realise that the dryer and washing machine are available for us to use due to these signs. Also, guests are not allowed to use the wardrobes in both bedrooms. So, the space to manoeuvre in each bedroom is very tight. There is mold in the bathroom, and when using the shower, the water cut out once. However, you can control the temperature and the water pressure, so that was good. The washing machine is great if you are a big group with lots of laundry, but unfortunately for us we couldn’t use it as it was an industrial size washing machine. We were able to use the dryer which worked very well. Also, although this is not under the control of the host, I found that the entrance to the apartment building is very shabby, dirty and lots of mosquitoes flying around the entrance and stairwell. And the area around the apartment is noisy, and some of noise can be heard in the bedrooms. However, the host kindly left some sleeping plugs.
