w cenę wliczone było miejsce garażowe w garażu podziemnym , duży plus tylko nie można pożyczać dużego i niskiego auta , bo wjazd jest na centymetry. dwie łazienki...

La ubicación es excelente aunque en un barrio humilde. A 2 minutos de la estación de autobuses y también de la playa, restaurantes, cafetería,... Tiene un balcón estupendo para disfrutar del verano. Es muy espacioso y luminoso. No usamos la cocina pero creo que hay un buen surtido de utensilios para cocinar.
La decoración es un poco anticuada. La alcachofa en los dos baños tiene un soporte muy abajo con lo cual es bastante difícil usarla, los bajos de las puertas están cuarteados de la humedad. La cerradura de la puerta se atasca con facilidad.

Gostei do espaço, da limpeza, da localização, da varanda. Muitas toalhas disponíveis. Cozinha bem equipada.
Casas de banho sem duche fixo na parede ou em cima, somente duche de mão e posicionado muito baixo, além de não ter box o que fazia, especialmente na suíte, a água sair para fora da area do duche. O espaço do duche em uma das casas de banho é mto apertado também. A qualidade do banho nesse apartamento foi das piores que já experimentei. Outra ponto negativo foi o gás inicialmente não funcional, perdemos um tempo tentando perceber o que se passava e acabamos trocando a botija com alguma dificuldade.
