Kuća je izuzetno komforna i jako dobro opremljena. Ima sve sto ima svako bolje opremljeno domačinstvo. Kuća je građena cijela od bračkog kamena i jednostavno se osijeti izuzetno dobra atmosfera unutar objekta. Dvorište je veliko i lijepa plaza je 200 koraka udaljena od kuće. Trajekt i centar mjesta su zaista 5 minuta pjeske udaljeni od kuće. U Supetru ima veliki Lidl, Konzum i Tommy do kojih je jednostavno doći autom. Za svakodnevnu kupovinu ima trgovina u centru mjesta sa normalnim cijenama.
U kući ima sve što treba za život. Dvorište bi moglo biti malo bolje uređeno i očišćeno. Ulica je jako uska i malo treba manevritati autom prilikom ulaska i izlaska, ali to je tako blizu plaže i u Dalmaciji uglavnom normalna stvar.
