I found the room to be small but just big enough for me. It was not cramped at all. And very bright when I opened the windows. The staff were exceptional. They were so kind, friendly and patient with me even though there was a language barrier. I was constantly helped to find events, assisted with the apps needed and even helped when trying to order food. They were all so lovely.
There was a guest opposite from my room that was smoking in her room with her door open. I once woke up to the smell of smoke in my room. But I just went on about my business.

Arrived early in the morning direct from airport. Our room was not ready, so they upgraded our room which we were able to use straight away. Staff spoke reasonable English, plus there wass a Shanghai Metro station a short walk away. There is a bank, Tim Horton's, and food outlets also a short walk away.
Food options were very much Asian, but acceptable for us as we enjoy that style food.

Não é um hotel de 5 estrelas, nem perto! Vale pela localização e pela qualidade do quarto. Funcionários não sabem inglês, é um problema para comunicar. Internet não funciona em local nenhum. Demoram imenso a levantar a louça do pequeno almoço para novos hóspedes se poderem sentar. Ginásio muito fraco e velho. Na Europa seria um fraco 4 estrelas.
