I liked most things in the apartment and complex.
Due to the heat we had to keep the fans on at night which were a bit noisy.

The location was very good for beaches, shopping and dinning.
The close neighbors at the apartment were very nice and welcoming.
The host was very responsive, although we did not need him for much as our needs were meet with the apartment.
There is a lack of cross ventilation and if you don't leave the fans running all night, the bedroom can be very warm.
Also, as I have lived in apartments and this seems to be true in a lot of places, the upstairs neighbor does not like to lift and move furniture. He/She likes to drag it across the floor, especially late at night.

A bit far to walk in (or mainly back home) but no issue really
