nice apartment but poor value for money
Good location, in a quiet and silent street, near the centre-ville and few meters from Les Machines de l'Ilê (a must in Nantes).
The apartment is pleasant, modern, well decorated, quite clean and spacious, good to host max 4 persons.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary, there is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toast maker, a dish washer and its tabs. Even a pop corn maker.
The bathroom is equipped with wash & dry machines, that is a big plus traveling with babies!
There is a nice terrace, but we couldn't enjoy it because of rainy days
The communication with the host is difficult and not fluid. They write in French and I had to translate every single word in Google Translator. I asked them to write in English and the reply was an unpolite "you better translate with Google".
The instructions to get into the apartment were very synthetic and imprecise, so it wasn't easy understand how to open the entrance door. Furthermore, the keys were in a box with a pin code and I was given an incorrect pin code that didn't open the key box. Thus, I had a phone call with the host who then told me the correct pin code.
In the apartment there are some instructions written in French, you should be French speaking and I am not. By the way, I didn't translate them with Google Translator and got only few points of the entire sheet of information/instructions.
The bathroom was roughly "clean": dusty, some objects on the floor under the sink (a lipbalm, a hair band, the sink plug), dirty mirror, various layers of dust on the light lamp.
There were only 2 toilet paper rolls, we stayed 4 days in the apartment and those rolls were absolutely not sufficient.
There was only 1 big towel per person and no hand towels nor a carpet to get out of the bath. The glass of the bath wasn't well secured, so water spilled off during every shower we took.
No bed linen for the crib was provided. It was told me, after my arrival to the apartment, that no linen for the crib were given. That was an upleasant surprise really.
There are 2 bedrooms. In both, the bed isn't very comfortable, there are big and hard pillows. In one bedroom, the mattress is old and mushy. In the other room, the linen were like satin that made me sweat.
No information of supermarket nearby the apartment was provided. No information regarding the car parking or suggestion of free/lower cost parking near the apartment.
And finally we found false eyelashes under the top of the trashbin and a bottle cap under the sofa

Außen Bereich konnte genutzt werden. Das war sehr schön. Auch die separaten Zimmer und Trennung von Bad und Toilette war sehr angenehm.

La proximité, le confort et les équipements assez complets. L’espace très convivial comme l’agencement. La propreté. La petites terrasse. La réception des clés et l’accès au logement.
Parking non disponible. Logement en rez de chaussée près de la route mais peu de passages. Quelques finitions à peaufiner. Un petit manque de luminosité dans le salon mais convenable.

L’appartement est à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et à 1 minute d’un arrêt de bus, il n’est pas loin du tout des tram, je vous le conseille grandement ! Il est décoré de très bon goût et son extérieur est un +
Il y a un supermarché à quelques minutes à pied et la gare maritime est à moins de 10minutes à pied pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire une excursion
Appartement adapté avec des enfants en bas âges avec lit bébé disponible et de plein pied ;)
