The apartment is really comfortable and very well equipped, in a convenient location about 15 to 20mins walk from the more central areas. The area is quiet and feels safe (unlike the old city centre, which is full of dodgy people asking for money), but still has a supermarket, pharmacy and really nice cafe nearby. Having stayed in various places in Nantes, this is one of my favourites. Must be great in Winter as well with the sauna in one of the rooms. Really comfy couch and great outdoors area as well.
This apartment is perfect for cool or temperate weather, but it isn’t prepared for hot weather. We were there during a brutal heatwave and even though it is well Insulated it couldn’t resist 4 days of extreme heat and all we had was a fan. It needs more fans and ideally a/c, Nantes gets hot in summer, have been there on 6 different occasions in June and it was always hot (even though this year was the hottest).

Muy buena ubicación. Sitio muy tranquilo pero cerca de la zona más animada y del río. El apartamento es bonito y cómodo y dispone de todo lo necesario. Tiene un patio muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas a pesar de las almohadas. Hay supermercados y cafeterías muy cerca.
Las almohadas son muy incómodas. No hay sábanas, sólo edredones. En el cuarto del inodoro no hay un lavabo.
