The room is clean. The price is okay for staying during a conference at COEX. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station. There is enough space for 4 or 5 people to sleep if you are traveling as a group. Has everything you need for simple cooking.
The Wi-Fi is slow. The toilet is small, so it feels uncomfortable for adults. The refrigerator is loud at night, and the soundproofing is not very good, so be aware of this if you are very sensitive to noise. The refrigerator is loud at night.

該有的傢俱都有，連洗衣機跟烘衣機都有。空間也算寬敞，住起來沒有什麼壓迫感。
1. 空調聲音有點大聲。
2. 便宜的床墊跟枕頭，睡起來沒有包覆感，很容易落枕。
3. 上下樓層的隔音稍差。

整體很乾淨，空間很大，給人像自己家的感覺，家庭用品和設備（例如：洗衣機、晾衣架、吹風機、電風扇等都很齊全），有任何問題詢問都會回應，出門在外地，讓人感覺很安心。
洗衣機脫水的時候會移動，除了聲音比較吵不小心會壓到排水管，需要注意。
