Lokalizacja, nad samą rzeką, z przyjemnym nabrzeżem w postaci pomostu. Cicho i spokojnie. w naszym mieszkaniu wystarczająco miejsca dla dwóch osób dorosłych z dzieckiem. Na plus bliskość rzeki, dostępność miejsca na ognisko i grilla, możliwość wypożyczenia kajaków. Sauna, z której jednak nie korzystaliśmy. Gospodarze mili, nie było problemu.
Brak klimatyzacji i rolet w oknach dachowych uniemożLiwia komfortowe wyspanie się, szczególnie, że widno się robi o 5 rano. Przy wysokich temperaturach nocleg na poddaszu był mocno uciążliwy. W stosunku do wyposażenia i tych mankamentów, cena zdecydowanie za wysoka.
