Butas tvarkingas, matosi, kad šeimininkė (-as) yra rūpestingi ir pagalvojo apie daug smulkmenų, pavyzdžiui galima naudotis kavos aparato kapsulėmis, paliktas geriamo vandens butelis (5l).
Vonioje, matyt, norėta padaryti labai gerai, tačiau nėra patogu naudotis esančia dušo kabina, kurios yra sudėtingas valdymas. Didžiausias trūkumas - tikrai dideliame kambaryje vienas dvigulės lovos kraštas yra pristumtas beveik prie pat lango ir yra labai nepatogu įlipti/išlipti į lovą.
